Privacy Policy

Spent is developed by Khamidjon Egamov. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Spent service and payments for Spent Pro made with bank cards are provided by “ELEVEN THREE” LLC (the “Operator”), whose details are listed in Section 9. Thank you for using Spent! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Spent is designed to help you track your spending privately and securely. We may collect the following types of information:

• Transaction Data: the spends you log — amounts, merchants, categories, tags, notes, dates, and any receipt photos you choose to capture.
• Usage Data: anonymous data such as session length, app crashes, or feature usage, to improve performance and user experience.
• Account Data (optional): if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google to sync across devices, we process the identifier provided by that service. You can use Spent anonymously without an account.
• Payment Information: when you pay with a bank card in Uzbekistan, we receive the order details from the payment provider (order number, plan, amount, payment status and date). We never receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is described here.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Help you log and track your spending.
• Generate insights, budgets, and spending trends.
• Process receipt photos and voice input to automatically fill in transaction details.
• Improve app performance and user experience.

Your data is stored locally on your device first, and is synced to your own private account only if you enable sync or sign in.

3. Third-Party Services

Spent may use trusted third-party tools for analytics or crash reporting, and AI services to read receipt photos and parse voice input into transactions. These services may process the image or audio you submit, and may collect limited technical data such as device type or operating system version. Your transaction data is never shared with other users.

Advertising measurement: to learn which of our ads bring people to Spent, the app uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK and Apple’s AdServices framework (through our subscription provider, RevenueCat). They receive a small set of app events, such as opening the app, logging a first expense, and starting a trial or subscription (with its price), together with limited technical data such as device model and operating system version. They never receive your transactions, receipt photos, or voice recordings. Spent does not ask for or use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Bank card payments in Uzbekistan are processed by Rahmat and Payme, as described in Section 6.

We may update this section if new services are added in future versions.

4. Data Security

We take data security seriously. All data is stored securely on your device or, if cloud sync is enabled, securely transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

You are responsible for protecting your device and any backups you make.

5. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• View or edit your transactions at any time.
• Export your data to CSV or PDF.
• Delete your data at any time.
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data.

6. Subscription & Payment Information

Spent offers Spent Pro through subscription plans. Payments are processed through:

• Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
• Rahmat (operated by JSC “Multicard Payment”) and Payme for bank card payments in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s secure payment page and are processed by that provider under its own security standards. We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment details. We collect minimal data related to your subscription status to enable Spent Pro and provide support (e.g., plan, expiration date).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of any major changes through the app or app store listing.
